Born and raised in Cape Breton, I always found hobbies that allowed me to tap into my creativity. Being the kid in high school with the scribbler full of doodles, I was often told I wasn't paying attention. Ironically, I was using the doodling as an outlet actually helping me to focus. 

Since owning a home, I would quite often refinish and relove my stuff, mostly through painting my pieces. After working in the corporate IT world for over 20 years, I chose to turn my passion from my hobby into my career - I never looked back!

I was once told my a customer-friend that since I had opened my business I had "created a community of creatives" in Halifax and throughout the province. Never once had I imagined this to come as a result of my little shop. 

I do what I do because I love it! 

It brings me so much joy knowing others love it too.
